Chinese Community Health Plan (CCHP) is pleased introduce several new products for employer groups and individuals. CCHP created a new portfolio of products, designed to provide a variety of affordable benefit plan options for employer groups and individuals. These new plans include several choices of office visit copayments, lower copayments when using Chinese Hospital services as well as plans with more member cost-sharing for those seeking lower premiums.
Employer Group Plans
CCHP's newest employer group plans include several choices of office visit copayments and member cost-sharing. The new plans for employer groups are named Ruby and Opal. Your employees may receive even more savings for certain services when using Chinese Hospital.

Individual & Family Plans
CCHP's newest plans are designed to be similar to the employer group plans. The new plan names for individuals are Jade and Amber. We can offer you and your family coverage if you are self-employed, between jobs, or even if you are unemployed.
