CCHP Member Services
CCHP has a team of friendly bilingual Member Services representatives to answer questions about your plan benefits, provider network information and procedures for using the plan. We encourage you to let us know right away if you have questions concerns or problems related to your covered services or the care your receive. Our business hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. However, if you are a CCHP Senior Program member or CCHP Senior Select Program member and your question is only about your Medicare Part D prescription drug coverage you may call Member Services from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., seven days a week.
