Marketing Manager

San Francisco

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and managing marketing initiatives through a collaborative team approach. CCHPs marketing mix includes a range of initiatives from grassroots community outreach to traditional broad based media. The effective candidate must demonstrate effective working relationships with sales agents, community based organizations and vendors & suppliers. Candidate must be able to communicate effectively and persuasively while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulatory requirements. Must have previous management/supervisorial experience. Must be able to read/write Chinese.

Supervisor of Case Management

San Francisco

Direct a combined Case Management and Disease Management Program to assure that members have access to quality, cost -effective health care and assists in the assessment, coordination, and monitoring activities necessary to accomplish this. Responsible for that assessment of potential case management cases, developing patient specific goals, interventions and recommendations, providing reports to clients and representing CCHP in the health care community.

Data & Reporting Analyst I

San Francisco

This position reports to the Manager of Information Technology. This position will design, develop, and provide complex queries, reports, and data extracts. This position will be charged with meeting CCHP's business and management information needs, performing data analysis, and assessing and providing data requirements for projects and business initiatives.

This position will also configure, develop, and maintain information management databases and resources such as Access, MS SQL Databases, and /or other data sources as well as providing critical data extractions to meet regulatory, compliance data requirements.

HEDIS Coordinator (Temporary Position)

San Francisco

This position is responsible for providing administrative support to the Quality Improvement Department during HEDIS season. The HEDIS Coordinator works with providers, members, and the Quality Improvement team to collect medical information for HEDIS.

HEDIS Nurse Reviewer (Temporary Position)

San Francisco

This position is responsible for providing nursing support to the Quality Improvement Department during HEDIS season. The Nurse Reviewer works with providers, members, and the Quality Improvement team to collect medical information for HEDIS.

Pharmacy Technician

San Francisco

The Pharmacy Technician will work closely with the Pharmacy Services Manager, Medical Director, and/or Clinical Services Director in one or more of the following areas: Formulary Management, Disease Management, Pharmacy Audit and Recovery, Medication Safety and Management, Medicare Part D Operations, State Health Programs Pharmacy Operations, and Prior Authorizations. Duties include, but are not limited to, interacting with pharmacy personnel, physicians, and members to resolve medication-related questions or issues as well as participating in clinical programs and projects to ensure the safety and effectiveness of medication utilization.
