CCHP has a history of service to the San Francisco Bay area and continues evolving to meet its health care needs. CCHP was founded in 1986 by the Chinese Hospital Association. More recently we expanded coverage into northern San Mateo County. For 25 years and counting, we delivered culturally competent and linguistically appropriate care to our members. We provide personalized service and patient-focused health-care services to all of our members.

CCHP Announces New Plans for Employers and Individuals & Families

Chinese Community Health Plan (CCHP) is pleased introduce several new products for employer groups and individuals. CCHP created a new portfolio of products, designed to provide a variety of affordable benefit plan options for employer groups and individuals. These new plans include several choices of office visit copayments, lower copayments when using Chinese Hospital services as well as plans with more member cost-sharing for those seeking lower premiums.
