Provider Relations Representative/Administrative Assistant

San Francisco

This position serves as a liaison to health care providers, facilities and vendors, and is responsible for establishing and maintaining strong, positive relationships by providing excellent service and education by telephone and in-person. Educates providers on new policies and procedures and facilitates resolution on benefits, claims, or authorization submission issues. This position also provides administrative support to the Medical Management Department, including the CCHP Medical Director, the Utilization Management Manager, the Quality Assessment Manager, the Pharmacist and the Provider Relations Manager.

Quality Assessment Coordinator

San Francisco

This position is responsible for supporting Quality Assessment (QA) projects. The coordinator provides staffing support for quality improvement initiatives focused on HEDIS, Credentialing, Grievances and Appeals and other processes. Candidate must understand managed care delivery systems, medical terminology, operations and regulations. Successful candidate must be able to demonstrate analytical and decision making skills to identify issues, develop recommend and implement solutions.

Business Development and Contracting Associate

San Francisco

The is responsible for assessing new market opportunities for CCHP and assisting in developing new products, benefits or other business arrangements to achieve organizational objectives in a collaborative team environment. The position is also responsible for the development and maintenance the provider contracting process. The effective candidate must demonstrate effective working relationships with practitioners, vendors and suppliers. Candidate must be able to communicate effectively and persuasively while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulatory requirements.
