Traditionally, cancer is a taboo topic in the Chinese community. In an effort to remove the stigma associated with cancer and to meet the needs of cancer patients and their families, Chinese Community Health Resource Center offers education information on cancer prevention, education, and management as well as providing services through collaboration with the American Cancer Society and other cancer-related organizations.
